  • The 2V series solenoid valve belongs to the direct acting two position two-way valve, also known as the "two position two port" structure. ‌

Its core working principle is to drive the valve core movement through electromagnetic force, achieving fluid on/off control

    Specifically:

Normally closed design: In the power-off state, the valve is in the closed position, cutting off the fluid passage; After being powered on, the electromagnetic force overcomes the spring resistance and pushes the valve core to open the valve

Quick response: Adopting a direct acting structure, the commutation is fast and sensitive, suitable for application scenarios that require high-frequency switches

    Key performance characteristics

Lightweight and compact structure: The valve body is designed to be small and easy to install and integrate into various devices

    Material and sealing:

The valve body is usually made of brass material, which has strong corrosion resistance. The sealing material is fluororubber (VITON), which is suitable for various working media (such as air, water, etc.) and has good sealing performance

Electrical characteristics: The coil has a heat resistance level of B, supports long-term operation, provides multiple voltage options (such as AC220V, DC24V, DC12V, etc.), and is suitable for different power environments

High frequency working ability: Some models (such as 2V025) support high-frequency switching up to 5 times per second, suitable for automation control requirements.

    Applicable scenarios

Industrial fluid control: widely used in pneumatic systems, water treatment equipment, etc., for controlling the on/off of air, water, or other media

Automation equipment: such as robotic arms, packaging machinery, and other applications that require fast and reliable fluid control.

    Installation and maintenance precautions

Before installation, it is necessary to verify the model and parameters to ensure compatibility with the system

During maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the status of coils, seals, and valve cores to avoid impurities getting stuck or seals aging and causing leaks
